The Big Walk was a great day out raising funds for a great cause. I met some new people along the way, some of whom had personal connections to MND, and very inspirational stories to tell. It really emphasised the importance of such events.

It’s inspiring to see how many alumni still care deeply about the University’s mission long after they have left, supporting students, in addition to world leading research in translational neuroscience, advanced manufacturing and energy sustainability. It’s also great to see how much of an impact their years in ºù«Ӱҵ made on their lives. There is no better evidence of this than alumni still chatting and sharing stories an hour after the bar closed!
