Autumn Careers Fairs (2024)

Monday 14th - Wednesday 16th October, 12-3 pm, in the Octagon

Open to all students and University of ºù«Ӱҵ graduates.

Join the biggest Careers Fair of the year to meet over 150 employers, discover your career options, and find your next job opportunity!

Different employers are attending each day and looking to recruit for placements, graduate jobs, and internships across a wide range of roles and sectors.

  • Days 1 (Mon 14th) and 2 (Tues 15th): jobs in the Science, Tech, and Engineering sectors, including jobs in Management, Marketing, HR, and more.
  • Day 3 (Weds 16th): jobs in a variety of sectors including education, law, public sector, consulting, healthcare, finance, and more!

In addition to over 150 employers who will be joining us over the 3 days, you will also have the opportunity to meet and learn more from:

  • , a ºù«Ӱҵ-based charity that can provide students in need with formal outfits of their choice for interviews, assessment centres, or a new job;
  • ºù«Ӱҵ HR team, about graduate job opportunities at the University;
  • ºù«Ӱҵ Postgraduate Study team, about PGT study opportunities at ºù«Ӱҵ, including an upcoming PGT Open Day, scholarships, and alumni discounts;
  • Emerge: Be Enterprising, the University’s entrepreneurship and innovation team, supporting our student community in their entrepreneurial endeavours.

If you’d like to take a sensory break during the Fairs, visit the Quiet Room, located downstairs in the Council Chamber. If you’d like to attend the Fairs during a quieter and less busy time, you can visit the Octagon between 2:30 - 3 pm when there are typically fewer visitors. We will be there to help and support you throughout the event.
