I highly recommend this programme for anyone interested in psychology and education
I am an aspiring educational psychologist and this course gave me the perfect knowledge, experience and tools for that dream job of mine. I learnt so much on the course and studied many modules I enjoyed such as neuroscience, social psychology and my personal favourite difference, disability and diversity.
I am currently a primary school SEN teaching assistant, where I use the knowledge and skills from the course in my career, providing SEN interventions and conducting reading assessments for children.
I particularly enjoyed conducting my research dissertation on a subject close to my heart, and was fully supported by my research supervisor and professors. The staff on the course are very knowledgeable and experienced. Once completing the course I was able to join the British Psychological Psychology (BPS) as a Graduate Member and this has allowed me to access opportunities such as BPS talks, conferences, newsletters and more.
I am extremely thankful for having the opportunity to be on the course and would recommend it to anyone with a keen interest in psychology and education, especially if you are wanting a career in educational psychology.
