I received my MSc and PhD degree from the Department of Physics, Yeungnam University (Republic of Korea) in 2013 and 2017, respectively. From 2011 to 2016, I also worked on the molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) growth of III-V semiconductors at Korea Research Institute Standards and Science. After graduation, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Yeungnam University in 2017 and joined the University of ºù«Ӱҵ as a research associate.
My research is focused on the growth of III-V semiconductor nanostructures (quantum dots, nanowires, etc.) for optoelectronic devices using MBE.
