Course information

We offer a range of fully accredited degree programmes covering robotics, computer systems and control engineering.

Our undergraduate degrees share a common first year, ensuring you get a foundation in a broad range of mechatronic and robotic areas such as mathematics, computing, control, electronics and embedded systems.

Our Industrial Advisory Board features an extensive network of the major players in engineering, including Airbus, Arm, Arup, BAE Systems, Boeing, EDF, IBM, Mclaren, QinetiQ, Rolls Royce, Siemens, Thales, and ZF Group which guides our programme design and delivery.

Some of our modules provide take-home kits, and a form of a remote laboratory, which enable students to spend time flexibly, deeply understanding the systems they are studying.

Accreditation

All Our MEng degree programmes meet all the academic standards for Chartered Engineer (CEng) status. Our BEng will provide Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status; further learning will satisfy the requirements to achieve Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.

We recognise that ability can also be demonstrated through methods other than a standard set of A-Levels or equivalent qualifications. Our Access ºù«Ӱҵ scheme helps ensure that everyone who has the potential to succeed in our courses has the right opportunity to do so.
