Control of Contractors policy
Our Policy and Management Procedure sets out requirements for the management of contractors and consultants engaged by Estates and Facilities Management (EFM) and working on University property. It focuses on ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, managing risks and overall performance.
This document is used by both EFM staff appointing contractors and contractors themselves - it set outs our processes, procedures and requirements for working on site.
