A judging panel will visit the centre in February to understand more about the building, and the award winner will be announced at the Northern Awards Dinner in Manchester in April
All winners from the five Regional Awards will compete in their categories at a national level and also bid to win the property sector's respected BCO 'Best of the Best' award, announced in October at the National Award Dinner.
