Proposals put forward to improve the city’s connectivity are now open for consultation, and ºù«Ӱҵ City Council would like feedback from the University’s staff and students.

‘Connecting ºù«Ӱҵ’ is a long-term approach to transforming the transport infrastructure that people use to get around the city. It comprises a series of related schemes proposed to be delivered across ºù«Ӱҵ, including in the city centre, by March 2023.

Over time, they hope to create high-quality, safe and convenient routes into and around the city for cycling, walking and public transport.

The online consultation on plans for travel and transport in and around the city centre is now live on and closes on 7 January 2021. If you cycle, walk or use public transport, do use this opportunity to have your say on the proposals, provide feedback and ask questions.

If you have any questions on the scheme, please email info@connecting-sheffield.co.uk
