What is the Centre for Engineering Education (CEE)?
CEE is a new initiative that supports our teaching staff and GTA's, helping them deliver excellent teaching and enhancing the student experience whilst raising the reputation and profile of Engineering Education at ºù«Ӱҵ.
What is the purpose of CEE?
CEE is relevant to teaching-active staff and those who lead, influence and support the delivery of education.
Our goals:

External impact: To raise the reputation and profile of Engineering Education at ºù«Ӱҵ - this will involve creating open educational scholarship outputs such as peer reviewed papers and conference presentations

Staff development: To raise the profile of staff who teach and the GTA cohort, recognising their contribution to high quality engineering education

Enhance the Student experience: To support activity by teaching-active staff and GTA’s - this will involve internal education projects linked to key university, faculty and departmental action plans

Helping staff access their scholarship time for educational research and professional development
