Introducing our blog series

This blog is for anyone currently engaged with, or interested in, postgraduate study with the Department of Philosophy here at the University of ºù«Ӱҵ. It should also give you a sense of what it’s like to study and live in ºù«Ӱҵ as a postgraduate student.

We will be sharing posts about a variety of topics - from advice for conferences, personal experiences of postgraduate life, as well as the fascinating academic research carried out by our very own PhD students! (We also have a podcast coming soon - look out for that!)

Our current, resident blogger is George Surtees; you can find out more about him and his research on our ‘Meet the Author’ page. We also look forward to welcoming other postgraduate students onto the platform to share their experience and advice in the future.
