Profile

With a background in the creative industries, Catherine joined the University of ºù«Ӱҵ School of Law in 2017. The project is funded by WRoCAH and explores the legal framework surrounding literary practices such as fan fiction, from their emergence in the eighteenth century to today. Crossing the disciplines of law and literature, this project considers how literary theories can inform copyright law, using case studies to inform current thinking.
