Pauline joined ºù«Ӱҵ University Management School (SUMS) as a Research Fellow in June 2023 as part of the NIHR , having previously worked as an applied health services researcher at the University of Manchester. Pauline completed her PhD at Manchester in 2010. Her thesis focused on family experiences of children/young people’s long-term treatment for congenital facial ‘difference’. Her work focuses on new ways of working in the organisation and delivery of health and social care, in particular workforce, skill-mix change and boundary work.
