Profile

I am a PhD student at the University of ºù«Ӱҵ studying Management. I have experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. My teaching experience is from a variety of subjects; notably, I taught on the module 'Information Management and Organizations' (INF6320) at the University of ºù«Ӱҵ’s Information school. In addition, I have marked both coursework and exam scripts for this module. I have provided both written and verbal feedback to students on their progress. So, therefore, I am confident in my ability to provide support and feedback to students, both online and in person.

My research areas are corporate social responsibility and cross-sector partnerships. I am researching how a religious logic impacts the decisions that are made by managers in cross-sector partnerships. One of the key themes in my research is leadership, as one of my aims is to understand how religion and spirituality impact the decisions that leaders make. I often conduct research in a developing country context. I have carried out research in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and South Africa. I am currently working towards obtaining an associate fellowship to the Higher Education Academy.
