As a visually impaired individual born in China, I have firsthand experience with the challenges that visually impaired people face in the workforce, both in China and internationally. My research focuses on facilitating equitable and diverse employment opportunities for visually impaired communities, particularly those from China. I am dedicated to developing strategies that enhance accessibility in the workplace, removing stereotypes against visually impaired employees and advocating for inclusive policies that support the integration of visually impaired individuals into various professional sectors. This commitment is driven by my personal journey and professional experiences across different cultural and economic landscapes.
