Research interests

My research interests are relatively broad, but I have particular interests in sensory sensitivity in neurotypical and neurodiverse populations. I'm also interested in the factors which can affect neuroplasticity, which I measure using non-invasive EEG paradigms.

Teaching activities

You are most likely to see me in my role as module organiser for Level 2 Psychological Research Methods (PSY2005). I also supervise Level 3 research projects and extended essays, and also some MSc research projects.

Professional activities and memberships

I am the Student Voice Ambassador for the Department of Psychology, which means part of my job is to make sure student's thoughts and opinions are heard and taken into consideration in the department. I am involved in Student-Staff Committee meetings, and also organise events (e.g. movie nights, book/craft clubs) for students to help create a stronger learning community.
