On 25 March the were announced and we're delighted that the new role of Liberation Officer and the established role of Activities and Development Officer are being filled by SLC students. Shona Tulloch and Morgan McArthur will take on their new roles in June.
I am truly passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion work and have a vested interest in supporting and improving the experiences of students from liberation groups, with a focus on amplifying our often-silenced voices and highlighting our often-overlooked needs.鈥

"SLC students had the highest percentage turnout out of everybody", says Morgan as her election is announced. The election of not one but two SU officers is a testimony to the close connections between the School of Languages and Cultures and the 葫芦影业 Students' Union.
