Apply for a CPD module

Find out what you need to do to apply for a CPD module in the School of Medicine and Population Health.

Once you know which module you want to apply for, you should complete the application form below.

After you have received confirmation that your application has been submitted, you will be contacted by our Academic Support Office. You will be asked to provide the following documents:

  • Academic/work reference
  • Copy of your certificate from your highest qualification
  • Up-to-date CV

If your first language is not English, you will also need to provide proof of your English language proficiency. We ask for an overall IELTS score of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each component, or equivalent, gained no more than two years before your application.

English language requirements for postgraduates

If you are being sponsored, you will also be required to provide a letter from your sponsor to confirm this.

Your application and supporting documents will be reviewed by a course director for the module you have applied for. If you are offered a place, this will be confirmed by email, followed by further information about the start of your studies.

International scholarships

We offer a generous package of financial support for international students, including undergraduate and postgraduate taught scholarships worth £10,000 towards the annual tuition fee.

Applications are open for existing offer holders for programmes starting in autumn 2025.
