Profile

I joined ScHARR as a Research Associate in 2014 having completed an MSc in Clinical Research at ºù«Ӱҵ.

Prior to this, I was a Registered Nurse in the National Health Service (NHS) working in Upper Gastro-Intestinal (GI) Surgery. I also completed an NIHR research internship in conjunction with Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care for South Yorkshire (CLAHRC-SY) and collaborated with researchers from ºù«Ӱҵ and ºù«Ӱҵ Hallam University.

I am currently working as a qualitative researcher on the NIHR funded RCT STOP-OHSS - Shaping an Trialling Outpatient Protocols for Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome, in addition to working on the Wakefield District Housing Support Evaluation Project (WHoSE).

I have previously worked as a qualitative researcher on the NIHR Vascular Services Programme Grant and on an NIHR funded research programme grant - ACtiF - Development and evaluation of an intervention to support Adherence to nebuliser treatment in adults with Cystic Fibrosis.

The use of qualitative research in clinical trials, patient experience, patient quality of life, obesity.
