Profile

After a BSc in Pharmacology from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Health Services Research from the University of York I joined the CTRU in 2014, after working in Clinical Audit in the NHS for a few years. I have coordinated multicentre trials in surgery, rehabilitation, neuropathic pain, mental health and stem cell transplant.

Teaching activities

I am involved in delivering various aspects of Masters level programs at ScHARR including, supervising and marking dissertations, marking module assignments and acting as a Personal Tutor for Masters level students.

Professional activities and memberships

I work with the UKCRC Risk-Based Monitoring and Greener Trials project groups to improve trial management processes and have published work on risk-based monitoring.

I am the joint representative for ºù«Ӱҵ CTRU on the UKCRC Monitoring group, and the NIHR Associate PI Scheme Champion for the CTRU. I am also a reviewer on the SCHARR Research Ethics Committee
