The University Chamber Choir serenaded a congregation of over 150 people in Firth Hall, with solo pieces and leading everyone in traditional Christmas carols.
Father Lee Marshall, our Roman Catholic Associate Chaplain, gave the address. He spoke about C.S. Lewis' novel The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, which mirrors the Christian story; and how this story makes us choose whether Jesus was 'mad, bad or God'.
During the service there were also Bible readings and prayers read by students and staff, including our team members.
An online collection was taken for ºù«Ӱҵ youth homeless charity Roundabout, with over £250 raised. .
