- Profile
-
I am originally from Madrid and joined the department in 2011. I have been teaching Spanish since the late 90's and before starting this job, I worked as a learning support worker and an IT teacher.
While at ºù«Ӱҵ, I completed a Master's degree in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education and wrote my dissertation in the use of Blended Learning in Languages.
I am particularly interested in the benefits of technology and its applications in the learning and teaching of languages and, over the years, I have integrated the use of technology, flipped learning and blended learning to the modules I teach. This interest has led me to deliver papers across the country and in Spain talking about e-learning and its pedagogical applications.
I also became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in 2018.
