Nashy Bonelli joined the Department in 2010 after previously working in the Modern Languages Teaching Centre and in the Institute of Lifelong Learning at the University of ºù«Ӱҵ as a tutor of Spanish language and Latin American content courses.

Originally from Perú, where she has worked in bilingual education, she continues to be interested in bilingual acquisition, the subject of her M.Ed dissertation.

She is also involved in distance learning, delivering Spanish language courses via online resources.
