The best way to find out more about being a mathematics and statistics student at ºù«Ӱҵ is to visit us! 

Here's what you can expect from our offer holder days:

• Gain an in-depth view of our mathematics and statistics courses. Discover what you'll learn and where your degree can take you.
• Experience a mathematics lecture first hand. Find out how you'll learn on our mathematics and statistics courses through a taster lecture.
• Parents and supporters can ask their questions. Find out about student support, and chat to students and staff about their own experiences.
• Talk to students and staff. Learn what makes ºù«Ӱҵ a great choice for mathematics and statistics.
• Visit the facilities where you'll be studying. It's here where our researchers bring new understanding to topics across pure mathematics, applied mathematics, probability and statistics.

Arriving on the day

You'll have booked to visit us 10am to 12.30pm or 2pm to 4.30pm on your offer holder day. Please arrive in good time for the start of your booked session, as we'll need to scan the QR code from your booking to register you.

Your arrival location is: Hicks building - room K14. You can , and there'll also be lots of open day staff and ambassadors around campus to assist you.

If you arrive late for your booked session, please report to the general information stand on the Students’ Union concourse, where event staff will be able to help.

During the booking process, the system will allow you to book a place for yourself and one guest. However, we're happy for you to bring along a second guest as well, if you'd like.

We also encourage you to take part in a range of central exhibitions and tours organised by the University and running throughout the day on campus.

Mathematics and statistics offer holder timetable

You'll have booked to visit the school 10am to 12.30pm or 2pm to 4.30pm on your offer holder day. Here's what to expect from your time with us. Timings are approximate and are subject to change, so we recommend checking back prior to the event.
